POLICIES

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate is about 5 to 7 business days. 

EMERALD HUE  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages report it delivered via tracking email. 

 

PREORDER POLICY

All Preorders will be processed & delivered within 3-4 weeks. Unless noted otherwise. Any specific details pertaining to an item will be in the product description.

Note: If you make a purchase for a preorder item along with an item that is in stock both items will be shipped together within the 3-4 week span.

WHAT IS THE NATURAL DEODORANT TRANSITIONING STAGE?

  • During this stage your body will be releasing all old toxins from your skin which may cause more sweating but don’t worry this is completely normal.

  • Allow Detox Period time of 2-3 weeks as transitioning stages of switching from antiperspirants. Our deodorants are made to keep you fresh and feeling confident everyday!

 

HOW DO I GET BEST RESULTS FROM DEODORANT?

  •  Our Natural Deodorants will have a thicker consistency due to Natural Shea Butters and Coconut Oils used in products. Therefore, we advise you to hold deodorant against underarm for 5-10 seconds for gentle application.

USAGE LAST?

  • Lasts 2-3 months depending on usage
